Today I was called out to a customer’s home in Centerville OH for some cat urine odor problems he has been having. I first mixed a special nontoxic cleaning solution and treated the areas. I than pretreated all the carpet to be cleaned and cleaned the carpets as normal, when I arrived to the areas pretreated with the special urine remover, I used a special tool to extract all the liquid through the padding and carpet, I followed by rinses and repeating a few times.
The spot will still appear under a black light even after cleaning, but all the urine has been broken down and removed, I than finished by applying a nontoxic deodorizer to the area.
Now the carpet smell and looks great, the customer was very happy and looks forward to having me come back out and do it all over again in the near future. You gotta love pets!
